Shipping Policy
All products on onlyARI are custom-made to order, crafted specifically for each customer.
Order processing typically takes between 5 to 7 business days before shipping, as each piece is individually customized. Processing times may be longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout, varying based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery generally takes 2–8 business days after your order is dispatched, depending on your destination and courier service.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. onlyARI is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
If your package is returned to us due to an invalid address or failure to accept delivery, additional shipping fees may apply for resending your order.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Because all items are customized and made to order, onlyARI does not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect personalization details provided by the customer.
Please double-check all personalization details (e.g., spelling, dates, or custom requests) before submitting your order. onlyARI is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information entered at checkout.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We will request photos and order details to assess the issue. If the defect or error is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Returns for defective or incorrect items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for items that have been used, altered, or are outside the 14-day window from delivery.
Shipping costs for returns due to defects or errors will be covered by onlyARI. For all other cases, shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Report an Issue
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us at support@onlayari.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.
We will respond promptly to resolve your concern.
Important Notes
Custom orders are final sale unless the item is defective or not as described.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.
onlyARI reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
